Member Eligibility

To register and use myr88d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legal resident residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party – account registration and use is for personal use only.

Myr88d takes its social responsibility seriously in preventing minors from accessing the platform. Any attempt to register using a false identity or another person's identity is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) myr88d account. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or devices. Duplicate accounts detected will be merged or terminated and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the account is accurate, current, and complete. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your myr88d account password and login details confidential. myr88d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Bonus & Promotions

• Each member may claim any given promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members.
• The WR must be met within the stated validity period – expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

Game Rules

• All game outcomes are final. myr88d will not reverse any result recorded by the system except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session that affects the outcome, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Myr88d reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error is found in the odds display or game rules.
• For sports such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, cricket and badminton – results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant governing body.

Permitted & Prohibited Member Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on myr88d:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or risk-reduction tools to play.
• Colluding with other players or the dealer to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse of promotions or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false or misleading information to myr88d.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal activity.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players.

Limitation of Liability

Myr88d is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of participating in any game — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or of any other nature. All participation is entirely at the member's own risk.

Myr88d does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. myr88d will make every effort to resolve any technical disruptions as quickly as possible. However, myr88d is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Myr88d's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by Member

You may close your myr88d account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, please ensure all available funds have been withdrawn. Any balance remaining in the account after 90 days from the date of the closure request will be treated as a voluntary donation to myr88d.

10.2 Termination By myr88d

Myr88d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Abuse of promotions or the bonus system.
• Upon request by a competent legal authority.

In the event of termination due to proven fraud, myr88d reserves the right to hold all funds in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
